Who we are:
The School Leadership Team (SLT) is a collaborative group of parents, teachers, staff and our Principal that is mandated by State Law to represent all of the various constituencies of the school.
The SLT meets monthly to discuss issues that affect our community such as instructional matters, communications issues, how well our community is functioning, and other school-wide questions. Over the years the SLT has conducted all-school questionnaires, helped write our school's annual Comprehensive Education Plan, and explored the ramifications of the school's budget allocations, as well as developing our Library/Media Center and the TLC School Handbook. The SLT also serves as a meeting ground for teachers, parents, staff and the principal to sit together and wrestle as a group with that year's key concerns in education and other school-wide policy issues.
