Storytellers,

THANK YOU for so many ways in which you participated in these storytelling events in recent weeks. It has been such a rewarding experience to work with you all, hear the great stories, and view each others' art work.

Pictures and Video of Selected Stories

On the top menu bar press the "pics" button you can view some pictures of the Heritage Storytelling event. Press the Video-Quicktime (MAC&PC) or Video-WIndows button (for Windows Media Player) to view a movie of the stories by families who chose to be taped after their session with Bill. The video Quicktime file should work on most MACS and you can download the Quicktime Player for a PC. The Video-Windows file is a .wav file for Windows media Player. The Quicktime file has a smaller screen size than the Windows Media Player. Although both video formates are rather low resolution because of restricted file size, it can take several minutes for downloads of the video files. They should start automatically after the download on your computer. If not start Quicktime or Windows Media Player before the downloads.

If you are interested in your own high resolution file of pictures and/or the DVD of the stories (including a menu that allow you to choose each individual story), let us know at heritage@ps150.net. Mitchell will send you a jpeg file of your picture (free)and/or a DVD of the stories. The cost of the DVD will be passed on. The exact cost will be determined once we see how many DVDs are requested. It should be under $10.00.

Storytellling Anthology

Jacy Chen and Nancie Katz have volunteered to put together a storytelling Anthology. If you want to be included in the anthology book, send you text and pictures to Jacy. Her instructions are:

1. Text – typed in Microsoft Word. Do not need to worry about the fonts, sizes, format, etc.

2. Picture - since she can only assemble pages, not designing graphics, the picture in jpg format must be 8.5” w x 11” h. Image shown on the electronic book will be “AS IS” provided by them.

The story tellers have made all different sizes and pages. I cannot redesign them, so they need to put them into a letter size paper.

Email Jacy with any questions.
