HAVE YOU MOVED ? Submitting your new address on the "blue" card is not enough. Stop by and see Christine with documentation verifying your new address. Acceptable documentation includes a utility bill (electricity, water, gas), deed to a house, document from the City Housing Authority or the Human Resources Administration,or a medical or insurance card with your home address.
